We want to ensure that you are always satisfied with your KAMALE orders. Please carefully read our policies below regarding purchases.

Product Information

  • Due to the nature of our ingredients (pure and natural), our products are sometimes subject to temperature changes. If the state of the product has changed, i.e. melted or hardened, it does not affect the effectiveness of the product. You can check out our FAQ for information on dealing with texture changes.

  • Because we source our ingredients from Mother Nature, there can sometimes be a slight variation from one product to another even when the formula stays the same. This is because nature's ingredients are not standardized. However, if you are concerned about the look or smell of your purchase, please contact us .

  • Super-sensitive skin (such as babies') can have an allergic reaction even when natural products are used. Please read our ingredients carefully and do a patch test if in doubt. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. KAMALE is not responsible for an individual's reaction to a particular ingredient. We provide a transparent and complete list for all our products

  • Disclaimer: KAMALE Care products are made to be offered as all natural/herbal alternatives to personal care and/or baby care products with artificial additives. All statements made are not intended to diagnose, cure or prevent disease or health conditions. All statements are based in company research and results from testing on family and friends; not medical expertise. As such, you agree to use products at your own risk and always seek advice from a medical professional, if deemed necessary.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We are able to accept changes/cancellations up to 24 hours after your purchase. To cancel/change your order please email us at

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be shipped.

  • Damages: We do our best to package your order securely so that it arrives to you safely by adding filler packaging with your product inside a corrugated box. KAMALE does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipping company/carrier to submit a claim. Please keep the damaged product/packaging as proof of damage may be requested.

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times are dependent on the method of shipping you choose:

    • Local orders (Jamaica): 1-3 business days

    • Standard International Shipping: 14-21 business days

  • Please expect shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our shipping costs are set based on the cost at the local post office with no added profit.

  • Customs, Duties, Taxes: KAMALE is not responsible for any customs clearance/import fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) required by your destination country to receive our products. Such fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you be completely satisfied with your purchase. To request a refund or exchange, please email us at within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, proof of purchase and any accompanying pictures. All items must be unused, with original seals in place and in original packaging, where applicable, to be accepted. If a returned item does not meet the above requirements, a refund or replacement cannot be offered. Once we inspect the returned item we will notify you on the status of your refund/exchange. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement it will be processed within 10 business days.

Please note: We cannot accept refunds/returns/exchanges on KAMALE Care and KAMALE Skin products due to the nature of these products.
