Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
KAMALE is currently based in Jamaica and we ship via Jamaica Post. Estimated shipping times can be found in our policies here.
How do you know KAMALE Care products are safe for babies?
We work extra hard to source high-quality, all - natural ingredients for our formulas. We also apply several sanitary processes while making our products (including thoroughly sanitizing equipment/tools used). Above all that, our products have been tested by family and friends. The youngest member has used our Baby Bawwwm since birth without any adverse reactions!
My product has melted/solidified; what do I do?
KAMALE products are still effective regardless of their state so you can definitely still use it. Our products are sensitive to temperature changes as we choose to keep them as pure as possible and refrain from using too many additional stabilizers or preservatives.
If you would like to make a melted product more solid, store it in your refrigerator. If you would like to melt a solidified product, simply set the product in its closed container in some warm water.
I am not satisfied with my product; can I return it?
We want you be completely satisfied with your purchase. To request a refund or exchange, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, proof of purchase and any accompanying pictures. All items must be unused, with original seals in place and in original packaging, where applicable, to be accepted. If a returned item does not meet the above requirements, a refund or replacement cannot be offered. Once we inspect the returned item we will notify you on the status of your refund/exchange. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement it will be processed within 10 business days.
How long do KAMALE skincare products last?
All-natural products have a shorter shelf life than their counterparts with added preservatives or artificial ingredients. Most of our formulas are best before 6 months but please check the product's container for the expiry date for your specific product. If you are concerned about the smell or look of your product, please discard immediately.
Why is there a pregnant woman in your logo?
The woman in our logo is actually a silhouette of Kahris, KAMALE's founder. We keep the silhouette in our logo even on the packaging for products that are not geared at mamas-to-be because of what it represents to our company. Firstly, KAMALE began with Kahris' first pregnancy and the silhouette is a captured memory of this beautiful moment in her life and the life of our company. Secondly, the silhouette of a pregnant woman also reminds us of Mother Nature; aligning perfectly with our brand being a celebration of a natural way of life.
